Designed to bring the experience of road cycling into the comfort of your home, the FR30 Sprint Bike and its 18 kg (40 lb) flywheel replicate the feel and intensity of an outdoor ride for more realistic and challenging home workouts.

 

With 32 electronic resistance levels at your disposal, you can adjust your intensity with ease via the LED console, allowing you to create engaging and testing workouts regardless of your fitness level. Also complete with 12 pre-set programmes, you’re ready to get training straight out of the box.

 

The LED interface delivers live performance feedback to monitor your session, including metrics such as speed, time, distance, calories, watts, RPM and even heart rate data via the hand pulse sensors. Also fitted with a tablet and phone holder, the FR30 provides the optimum viewing angle for your device, allowing you to enjoy your favourite shows, apps or music while cycling.

 

Further enhance your workouts by syncing the FR30 with Zwift, an immersive online experience built around a connected global community of cyclists. Also compatible with Kinomap, take part in a host of challenges and scenic motion videos or even compete with your friends in multiplayer mode. The Sprint Bike is also equipped to connect with Peloton, allowing access to a huge array of live and pre-set classes, all within a community of other Peloton members.

 

A dual-adjustable padded racing saddle offers optimal positioning and greater comfort during your workout, allowing you to achieve your perfect riding form with easily adjustable handlebars further tailoring your setup. The Bike also features gripped pedals with integrated cages and adjustable straps, offering locked-in performance by keeping your feet securely in place.

 

Finally, a water bottle holder is within easy reach to keep you hydrated, while heavy-duty transport wheels allow for easy movement around your home. Floor-level adjustment also ensures a totally stable platform, all combining for the ultimate riding experience for beginner to advanced cyclists.
