Combining a powerful and intuitive control console with a robust 9 kg flywheel, the GB50 One Series Bike delivers home cycling workouts that are both effective and tailorable. Fully equipped for any type of workout, the GB50's smooth rotation allows you to create a consistent cadence across both high-intensity and longer endurance workouts. Sitting alongside the flywheel are 32 levels of electronic resistance and 12 pre-set motivational workouts, pushing your ability straight out of the box. With user-defined, HRC, recovery and three target programmes included, the GB50 is primed to deliver demanding home cardio sessions.

 

Clear and precise, the 5.5" LCD screen displays live performance metrics for more detailed and informed training. Offering speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts and RPM data, the control console communicates with the handlebars pulse sensors to offer real-time heart rate data.

 

Complete with a phone/tablet holder and USB charging port within the console, the GB50 delivers the optimum viewing angle for your favourite shows or training playlists. Alternatively, the device holder is ideal for following along with any online workout class or pushing yourself through fitness apps; allowing you to join in with endless cycling classes from home.

 

Fitted with easily tilted foam-coated handlebars, the bike offers further positional adjustment with its dual-adjustable soft saddle and versatile pedal straps. Allowing you to create the optimal riding position, the GB50 is designed to promote correct riding form for more effective and safer home cycling. With integrated heavy-duty transport for ease of movement, the exercise bike also features four points of simple floor-level adjustment, creating a more stable and solid foundation wherever you train.

 

Complete with a water bottle holder within easy reach, the GB50 promotes better hydration for better performance.
