Designed for all ground training, the 8 mm Performance mat’s ridged base and textured surface increases stability for stronger workouts. Made from PVC-free SBS foam with a carry strap included, the padded surface gives enhanced, rubber like grip for a comfortable workout foundation whilst remaining lightweight and quick to roll.
