Durable and versatile, the Reebok Ab Board helps strengthen and tone your core with targeted bodyweight and weighted exercise.

Built from durable tubular steel, the board is both comfortable and hard-wearing with 2.5” thick padding creating an ideal base to work from. The ankle and knee anchors keep your legs locked in to the bench creating the necessary leverage for ab, oblique and hip flexor exercises.
