Featuring a clear and intuitive 5.5" LCD console, the GB40S relays live workout data straight to your screen, allowing you to monitor and assess your training output for more motivated and effective workouts. Also providing your heart rate in real-time via the hand pulse sensors, the GB40S Bike offers a complete training picture.

Fit for all types of training from HIIT to longer endurance rides, the GB40S and its 32 electronic resistance levels are primed to create dynamic and varied rides. Pre-loaded with 12 motivational workouts, the intelligent control console also offers 3 target programmes alongside HRC and recovery functionality. Complete with an integrated phone/tablet holder, the console offers an optimum viewing angle for your favourite shows, boxsets or training playlists. Alternatively, the device holder is ideal for following along with any online workout class or pushing yourself through fitness apps; allowing you to join in with endless cycling classes from home.

With integrated heavy-duty transport wheels plus four points of floor level adjustment, the stylish GB40S Bike is easily moveable and adjusted for a solid foundation and better training experience. Fitted with a dual-adjustable and densely padded saddle, the bike offers greater comfort and support by allowing you to tailor your riding position. Also complete with durably gripped pedals and adaptable straps, the bike delivers complete stability with a built-in water bottle holder to get you through the toughest sessions.
